Geert Hoedjes MSc (1981) graduated in financial management at Nyenrode University after which he joined BDO Corporate Finance as m&a consultant for SME’s. In 2009 he joined JAN© to further continue his career as corporate finance specialist. Geert has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the trade.

The team is headed by Roland Hoekstra AA CB. Roland (1968) graduated in accountancy, tax consultancy and in business valuation. After 5 years of experience in the national and international auditing practice of Arthur Andersen (Deloitte) Roland focussed on medium sized family owned companies and further specialized in m&a transactions. 

Dennis van Heteren  AA (1972) is certified accountant for SME’s. Dennis has been working for several accounting firms in the past 16 years and nowadays is manager at JAN© at the Purmerend office.

Drs. Rob Schmidt (1947) graduated in economics at the Free University of Amsterdam and completed a post graduation training in business administration at INSEAD in Fontainebleau (Fr.). Rob has been working in the financial industry for most of his professional career and can rely on more than 15 years of m&a experience.
