Introduction
Should you have any comments regarding the conduct of an employee or regarding the services of JAN© Accountants &
Belastingadviseurs B.V., you may contact one of the partners (look at the Partners of JAN©-page at this website) or
Andrea van der Giezen RA (the compliance officer), referred to hereinafter as: 'JAN©'.
We assume that reports are made in good faith and reflect genuine, valid concerns. We evaluate all reports with due care.
Your complaint or report will be dealt with confidentially.
Filing complaints
If a complaint is filed in writing, it needs to be signed and contain at least the following information:
•
your name and address;
•
the date of the written complaint;
•
a clear description of the conduct to which the complaint relates.
You can send your written complaint to JAN©.
Upon your request, complaints that are made orally will be recorded in writing by the JAN© partner you have spoken to
and subsequently, after you have signed it, forwarded to the management board of JAN© and the compliance officer.
It is not possible to file an anonymous complaint.
JAN© will send you a confirmation of receipt within 10 working days of receipt of your written complaint or your
oral complaint that was laid down in writing and signed. At the same time, you will receive further information about any
further steps to be taken in the handling of the complaint.
